Return Policy:

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund.

Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.

Certain items, such as personal care products, are not eligible for returns for hygiene reasons.

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective.

If an item is received damaged or is not as described, contact customer service within 3 days of delivery, and we will arrange a return, exchange, or refund at no cost to you .

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item, and you will be notified once the refund has been issued.
