Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team by email or phone as soon as possible.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return policy to send the item back. Refunds for returned items are subject to our return policy.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if the item is no longer available, if there was a pricing error, or if there are any other issues with fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order, we will notify you immediately and provide a full refund.

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the original order to receive a full refund. After 24 hours, a 10% cancellation fee may apply.

Refunds for canceled orders will be issued back to the original payment method used.
